Foreman required urgently for an Interior Fit-Out Company
Duties:
Assist Project Manager and Estimator in preparing quotations for clients
Ensure profitable business opportunities and new clients are identified to your Manager
Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new clients, with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure client expectations are understood
Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure materials, plant and staff resources are available
Ensure subcontractors and suppliers are inducted
Lead by example in all aspects
Ensure good staff relations exist
