About the role:
Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new customers.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and showcase our product offerings.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
    • 2 plus years of experience in field sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Can utilize a CRM system so needs good computer skills

    Skills
    • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

    Compensation:
    The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

    Work Hours: 8

    Experience in Months: 24

    Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
