  • Preparation of Annual Export Sales Plan/Budget
  • Providing Strategy, thought leadership & inspiration on Export Business Growth Plan in assigned Countries
  • Create new Customers & Maintain existing ones
  • Sell Cement to Burundi Malawi, Zimbabwe & DR Congo Prospect for Clinker Sales
  • Aggressively prospect & win businesses
  • Deliver assigned agreed Export Sales Volume & Margins
  • Identify Export Opportunities
  • perfectly understand Cement & Clinker Export Compliance Requirements
  • Ability to lead projects & influence buying Decisions
  • Monitor, review provide feedback to Sales & Marketing Team on Customer Performance to drive Volume support
  • Identify & Recruit big Cement Importers/hitters in assigned Countries
  • Prepare & render Weekly, Monthly & Annual Sales Reports
  • Follow up Customer Volume, Measure Customers’ Progress, asking always for more Volumes
  • Take full ownership of all Export Processes, including early returns of ASD/Custom Clearing Documents returns
  • Manage Sales & Distribution Channels in assigned Countries
  • Report accurate information about the Markets, Market dynamics, Customer buying behavior, Competitor & Competition moves in the allocated Markets
  • Gathering of Market intelligence

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics or related field

8-10 years of Field sales experience in Export

Three + Years in a Managerial role

Strong Communication skills in English & French
