Job Overview: As an Executive Assistant and Company Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our company. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Citrine Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documents.

Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well-organized work environment.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall company performance.

Handle incoming communications, both written and verbal, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or office administrator.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
