JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Executes direct channels strategy, policies and procedures to optimize market penetration;
- Provides Statements of accounts to Customers and Invoices to Strategic Channels;
- Dealer Debt Management;
- Consolidates weekly and monthly growth reports;
- Follow up on Customer Payments outstanding on accounts;
- Helps Provide Essential documents to Support strategic Parties understand their duties – Contracts, Addendums and Target letters;
- Maintains good customer relations with Strategic Channels and internal staff;
- Prepares letters and in support of business opportunities as per request by line manager;
- Assists Training – EVD training for all new Strategic Parties;
- Calculates and provides details on Customer performance against Target;
- Ensures the necessary information or changes in policy are communicated to strategic parties and facilitating compliance to such policies;
- Ensures necessary System integration are done for new EVD Vendors;
- Monitors and analyzes electronic airtime Penetration;
- IT System Integration efficiency and monitoring for customers;
- Follows up on necessary System integration and monitoring for customer;
- Adheres to deadlines on agreed action plans;
- Follows up on daily orders for Strategic channels;
- Prepares motivations, letters and memos in support of business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent or Telecommunications related field;
- Minimum of Four (4) years progressive experience in a sales environment dealing with FMCGs;
- Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
- Three (3) years hands-on experience in telecommunications field.
