Our Client, one of the leading Law firms in Zambia seeks to recruit a Driver to provide a professional delivery service, maintenance and housekeeping of vehicle and reporting for debriefing and administration after every trip.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving instructions from the Partners and their Associates
Ensuring that the vehicle is in good condition at all times
Reporting all requirements relating to the smooth running of the vehicle to the office administrator
Ensuring that all movements are recorded in the Log Book and submitting the log book for scrutiny by the office administrator at the beginning of the week
Ensuring that the vehicles are parked at the office premises by 18:00 hours every day except with prior permission from the partners
Ensuring that the vehicles are clean at all times
Any other duties designated by Management
