Duties:
Performs Body repairs as per customer’s request through proper execution and Chief Denters close supervision within the promised delivery time and estimated cost to meet the customer satisfaction.
Repair and replace body parts of vehicles. Realign frame and body to manufactures specifications using tools and equipment with the supervision of the service Chief Denter to assess the exact damage and extent of repair.
Remove and install windshield
Repairs damaged panel area to obtain regular surface
Aligns vehicle by using frame aligner to restores fame and body to manufacture dimensions
Align repaired panel with remaining vehicle panel to maintain unifying clearance between each panel
Apply manufacture welding techniques to new or repaired panel on vehicle to maintain original manufacture shape.
Apply body sealant and cavity sealant to new or repaired panel for rust and corrosion protection
Coordinate with the Job Controller in feeding correct data (operation number), recording of the repairs carried out and updating the status of vehicle delivery through the use of the Computerized Time Control Sheets in determining the productivity (man-hour) analyses.
Receives and understand technical information, service bulletins and daily functional activities from the Team Leader through regular meetings and updates in order to enhance technical skills and achieve smooth after sales business operations.
