Position Overview:
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Consumer Delegate. As a Consumer Delegate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and building strong relationships with consumers in the Kitwe region.
- Responsibilities:
- Promote Shalina Pharmaceuticals’ products to consumers in the Kitwe area.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate consumers on the benefits and uses of our products.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from consumers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing product awareness and sales.
- Utilize your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and consumer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with exposure to FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Copperbelt region.
