Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays on the construction site.
• Report on project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
