Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or delays on the construction site.
- Report on project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
