Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is hiring a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Create new menu items and specials.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
