We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our guests with exceptional dining experiences, creating innovative and delicious menus, and leading our kitchen team to achieve the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and delicious menus that meet the needs of our guests and reflect the local cuisine
  • Manage the kitchen team, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working together effectively
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • Manage food and labor costs to achieve budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced at the best possible prices
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu development


  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort
  • A strong passion for food and an in-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
  • Demonstrated experience in menu development and creating dishes that are both innovative and delicious
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen
