Our client is expanding and seeks 2 Call Center Agents that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and enquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
3 candidates have accepted Training Contracts and have commenced their training with the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Management and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Alarm monitoring
Provide product and service information to customers
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
