Job Description:
Pivotal Solutions is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Lusaka. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in business development tools and software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business development.
