British American Tobacco Zambia has an exciting opportunity for an Automation Intern in Lusaka

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Process Automation
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process automation.
• Develop and implement automation solutions.
• Reports Automation
• Assist in designing and automating reports to streamline data analysis and decision-making processes.
• Create interactive and insightful visualizations.
• IT Support
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing IT problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and
• CRM System Management
• Contribute to the management and optimization of systems used in Trade & Marketing
• Assist in data management, user training, and system enhancements.
• Developing Machine Learning Models
• Work alongside data scientists to develop and refine machine learning models.
• Participate in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation tasks.

What are we looking for?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent program) with a computer-related major

Soft & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Python
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time
• Strong communication, customer orientation and ongoing engagement skills
• Resourceful and innovative
• Value diversity and integrity
