Wedotech provides technology services to various customers around the world. We are experts in sourcing candidates based on top-notch technologies. We provide End-to-End offshore technology services in accordance with the needs of our clients.

  • For one of our clients, who developed traditional architectural services technology, automating architectural layout planning and visualization. We are looking for a result-driven Customer Support Specialist to review customers’ inputs and support them with technical inquiries. You will be responsible for reviewing interior design project requests, checking redlines, and responding to questions coming from our customers.

What you will do

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, managing inbound communications and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our architectural teams to ensure that the customers’ expectations are met, and provide regular updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and confidence in our services.
  • Use your architectural knowledge to review project information and contact customers for additional or missing details.
  • Communicate with our clients via live chat and email to provide technical assistance and answer questions.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve for platform users, reporting any technical issues to the relevant team and keeping customers updated.

Who you are

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior design – A MUST.
  • Proven experience in architecture/design in the real estate industry – A MUST.
  • Experience working with global customers, ideally with a presence in multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, true-native
  • Spanish/French written and verbal communication skills – an advantage.
