Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is looking for a skilled Agricultural Technician to assist in the implementation of agricultural projects and ensure the successful growth and maintenance of crops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soil tests and analyze results to determine suitable crop varieties.
• Assist in planting, fertilizing, and harvesting crops.
• Monitor crop growth and report any issues to the Agronomist.
• Maintain and repair agricultural equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support and training to farm workers.
• Keep accurate records of field activities and crop performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.

Education:
