Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Perform monthly closings and prepare financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and resolve any issues.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
