The Opportunity:

Are you detail-oriented and organized with a background in administrative and accounting tasks? Our client is currently seeking motivated Administrative Assistants to join their team at various Sales Centers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations by handling tasks such as receipting funds from clients and entering sales amounts into the system. You will be stationed at one of the refilling centers/ outlets in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt funds from clients and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.
  • Enter sales amounts into the system and maintain up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reconciling inventory records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting-related roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Diploma or certificate in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.
